DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Server data

For technical reasons, also the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, are collected (so-called server log files):

  • Browser information
  • Operating system information
  • Website address from which you visit us (referrer URL)
  • Website address you are visiting
  • Time of access
  • IP address

These anonymous data are stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a particular person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers.

Contacting us

If you contact us by the contact form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for eventual follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They are not doing any damage.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit us.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service “Google Analytics”. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server in the USA and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the for data processing agent.

Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on Privacy Shield. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offers and our web presencec.

User data is stored for a period of 24 months.

Use of Google Maps

We use Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”, on the “Google Maps” website of the company.

Every time “Google Maps” is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when displaying the website on which “Google Maps” is embedded. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted when you close your browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.

If you do not agree to this processing of your data, it is possible to deactivate “Google Maps” and thus prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the “Javascript” function in your browser. This can significantly restrict or completely prevent the use of “Google Maps”.

reCAPTCHA

In order to distinguish automated form input by machne from legitimate user input from natural persons, the service “reCAPTCHA” of the provider “Google” is integrated and used on the website.

For this purpose, the URL of the page, the user agent of the browser, your IP address, the screen and window resolution, the browser language, the time zone, installed browser plug-ins, information on the operating system, the time spent on the page and mouse movements in the area of the reCAPTCHA module are transmitted to “Google”. If you are logged in with your Google account when the reCAPTCHA module is called up, the read out data may be combined with other data stored by “Google”. If you do not want this to happen, please log out of your Google account before accessing the page.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can contact the supervisory authority. In Austria, this function is assumed by the data protection authority.
