A1 phone booths in Austria are maintained by external cleaning companies. The cleaning personnel call a 0800 number to register completed work and state of the booth. Sonorys developed the Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch 4625 IVR application.
The cleaning personnel enter the ID by DTMF. Afterwards the cleaning action and state will be registered by generating a proper journal. With this application A1 has an assurance of phone booth condition and work completed.
